Self-propelled Workover Rig

This series of self-propelled workover rigs' engine and the Allison transmission box may respectively drive the works on the rig and off the rig; hence the power can be saved respectively. HPMM workover rig adopts the imported hydraulic and pneumatic components in order to make the operation safe and performance reliable. It conforms to the HSE safe manufacture specification.

This series of rigs can be used in the fields of medium-depth well overhaul operation, well workover, formation testing, fishing, pump inspection, while the derrick floor and relevant accessories can be used in extensive repair and side tracking operation.

Technical Characteristics:

lThis series of workover rigs are designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 7k, 8C, 4F technical standard.

l The rig structure is compact, highly containerized, and space saving.

l Adopts the heavy-duty and self-propelled chassis of 8×6, 10×8, 12×8, 14×8, 14×12, 16×12 and hydraulic steering system to ensure the rigs good passibility and cross-country capability.

l Caterpillar diesel engine and Allison hydraulic transmission box are reasonably matched, so as to ensure high driving efficiency and working reliability. Drawworks and rotary table adopt the electrical driving.

l The main brake adopts band brake or disc brake, the auxiliary brake could use pneumatic water-cooling disc brake, water brake or electromagnetic eddy current brake.

l The rotary table transmission case can realize forward and reverse shift, which can be suitable for different DP and rotating operations. The reactive torque releasing device guarantees the safe release of the deformation energy of the DP.

l The mast is front open and double-section type with an inclination angle, or erective double-section mast that can be raised up and laid down and retractable hydraulic.

l The drill floor is in twin-body retractable structure or parallelogram structure which makes it convenient for installation and transportation, its dimension and height can be designed according to the user's requirements.

l Complete solid control, well control, high pressure manifold system and supporting facilities like generator room, pump room and dog house can meet the different requirements from clients.
